4月29日，福建省南靖县人民法院土楼人民法庭对一起土地租赁合同纠纷案进行现场勘验，并组织双方当事人进行调解。
原告和被告是同村乡邻，因一块面积约为0.186亩的土地产生了纠纷。原告诉称，1995年12月，将自家承包地出租给被告，双方协议每年租金为稻谷180斤。其间，被告未征得原告同意，擅自将涉案土地硬化，改变了土地性质。后双方因补偿、恢复原状等问题引发纠纷，并诉至法庭。

向当事人了解详细情况。
为查明事实真相，承办法官组织当事人前往案涉土地进行现场走访调查，逐一听取当事人意见，并邀请该村小组长参与调解，耐心释法析理。最终，在法官的主持下，双方当事人达成受损地块土地使用权互换的初步协议。
