记者从市水务局获悉，7月27日至28日，密云水库流域再次降雨68.8毫米，根据气象预报，28日至29日还有一次明显降雨过程。根据全市防汛工作统一部署，7月28日中午，密云水库加大向下游泄流量到600立方米/秒。后续根据水库来水情况，将按照调度规程逐级增大下泄流量。
市水务相关部门正24小时监测河道水位、水库大坝及堤防安全。
记者了解到，为应对密云水库后续的上游来水，昨天15时开始，密云水库的下泄流量从80立方米/秒增加到200立方米/秒，其中第三溢洪道的下泄流量为120立方米/秒，白河下泄流量为80立方米/秒。16时开始，密云水库出库流量增加至300立方米/秒，其中潮河第三溢洪道200立方米/秒，白河100立方米/秒，17时再持续增加到400立方米/秒。18时，密云水库泄流量已提高至500立方米/秒。

7月27日7时许，水头已过潮河、白河汇合口；7月28日早7点，密云水库泄流水头已过沮沟橡胶坝；28日上午9时30分时，水头到达白庙橡胶坝......
泄流期间，密云水库下游潮河、白河、潮白河等河道水位持续上涨。请下游密云、怀柔、顺义、通州等区市民远离河道，确保安全。
此外，北京目前处于、洪水红色预警、山洪橙色预警中 ，请市民避免前往山区、河道等危险区域，确保自身安全。
天气形势明起有变化
记者了解到，从7月24日以来，副热带高压异常偏北且稳定，在副高边缘降雨异常频繁，主雨带维持在内蒙古河套到吉林中部一线，降雨点强。预计这样的天气形势29日起会有所变化，东北将有冷涡系统影响，副高阶段性减弱。北京28日夜间的大雨会有冷空气推动，暖区的强降雨结束。
多家公园临时闭园
截至目前，圆明园、颐和园、玉渊潭公园、北京动物园、陶然亭公园、北海公园、紫竹院公园、景山公园、百望山森林公园、香山公园、国家植物园等公园已发布临时闭园公告。
