6月3日，由中国禁毒基金会、广西壮族自治区禁毒委员会主办，南宁市禁毒委员会承办，广西禁毒基金会协办，完美（中国）有限公司支持的“无毒社会 完美人生”禁毒公益健步走暨广西纪念“6·3”虎门销烟186周年活动在南宁市南湖公园举办。广西壮族自治区副主席、禁毒委主任、公安厅厅长杨维林，中国禁毒基金会理事长梁云，广西壮族自治区禁毒委及相关成员单位、南宁市禁毒委和完美（中国）有限公司相关负责同志出席活动并致辞。

上午8时，活动在庄严的氛围中拉开帷幕，1300余名干部群众、青少年学生及各界代表参与活动，以健康运动的方式弘扬禁毒精神，倡导绿色无毒生活。中国禁毒基金会理事长梁云表示，要深入开展毒品预防宣传教育，认真落实“全民健康”计划，积极倡导“健康人生、绿色无毒”理念，铭记历史，传承精神，共同营造自觉抵制毒品的浓厚氛围。

“这个像糖果一样的东西居然是毒品？”“原来止咳水滥用也会上瘾！”现场活动采用“禁毒+运动”模式，设置6.03公里健步走路线，沿途设立8个禁毒宣传打卡点，参与者需完成其中6个打卡任务。

每个打卡点都精心设计了互动环节：有的摆放着仿真毒品模型，由禁毒民警现场讲解识别技巧；有的设置趣味问答，通过游戏方式普及麻精药品危害；还有的展示吸毒前后身体器官对比图，触目惊心的画面让围观群众直呼“太震撼了”。

“既要完成打卡任务，又要争取好成绩，既锻炼了身体又学到了知识，这个活动太有意义了！”参赛者李女士兴奋地说。活动现场，身着统一服装的参与者们穿梭于各个打卡点，形成了一道流动的禁毒宣传风景线，有效提升了广大参与者识毒防毒拒毒意识和能力。

参与活动的青少年代表表示：“边走边学的方式很有趣，让我更深刻地认识到毒品对个人、家庭和社会的危害，我们一定要坚决对毒品说‘不’！”

活动中，各级禁毒部门、公安民警、社区工作者、企业职工及媒体代表等共同组成广西壮族自治区直属单位方阵、南宁市方阵、群众方阵、志愿者方阵等，展现了全民禁毒的强大合力。
